Standar Emisi Euro 1 sampai dengan euro 6 di mata orang awam

hmm artikel ini adalah buah pertanyaan bagi saya sebagai orang yang awam tentang standar emisi, well kita sering melihat dan didengung – dengungkan standar euro 1, euro 2, euro 3, euro 4, euro 5 malah mau mencapai euro 6, selama ini kita hanya mengukur suatu kendaraan berpolusi atau tidak  dengan mengandalkan indra kita, yaitu melihat dan merasakan,  misal kendaraan berpolusi itu motor 2 tak karena berasap, bus atau truk dengan asap mengepul hitam itu sudah bisa kita tebak melebihi standar emisi, hmm memang ada benarnya  kalau dilihat secara visual, bagaimana dengan cara penghitungan pengukuran? berapakah emisi CO ( Carbon monoxide ) berapa Emisi HC ( Hydrocarbon) berapa Emisi CO2 ( Carbon dioxide) , masuk kategori standar  euro yang mana? ini memerlukan suatu tools khusus. Euro atau European Emission Standards merupakan batas ideal emisi gas buang versi Eropa. Level terakhirnya kini Euro5. Setiap empat atau lima tahun sekali, standar ini direvisi dengan ketentuan yang lebih ketat. Indonesia masih memberlakukan ketentuan standar Euro2 berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup No 141/2003 tentang Ambang Batas Emisi Gas Buang Kendaraan Bermotor Tipe Baru yang efektif berlaku sejak 2007. selama ini kita dipaksa memakai Catalytic Converter untuk menekan emisi, tapi Kualitas Bahan Bakar tidak memadai, bagaimana mungkin mobil sudah memenuhi  Euro4, sementara kualitas bahan bakar minyak di Indonesia masih memenuhi spesifikasi Euro2. disamping itu pendukung utamanya selain bahan bakar juga ada  fasilitas uji emisi yang memadai. wah ceritanya kepanjangan ini, karena seringnya lihat mobil diesel atau truk tertulis euro 1 dan euro 2, ingin share dengan juragan yang pakar dan ahli masalah emisi.

      hehe realilita di lapangan memang begitu, orang kita mana mau berpikir lebih dalam, mikir sandang pangan aja susah, beda banget kalo negara itu sudah maju dan makmur, sedangkan negara kita? hmm………….

    kagak percaya sama alat chekernya!!! mana stiker kalibrasinya…kok gak ada?? mana bisa alat yang lom dikalibrasi buat ngukur!!makanya ada alat namanya dyno-test yang diragukan ke-valid-tannya…yah karena alat tsb gak dikalibrasi…….
    bahkan ditempat aku kerja dulu..metera usang aja ada stiker kalibrasinya!! termasuk juga penggaris metal….hehehe………..
